Alpha 1 example project

The conversion of the War Battles tutorial project to DefoldSharp alpha 1 is complete.  Both the template and the completed form are included, so depending on your familiarity you can skip straight to the end to see how we're currently resolving particular tasks in DefoldSharp.

Please note that this is not representative of the final API in DefoldSharp.  In particular, I have some improvements to LuaTables in mind.  I'll be filling out the roadmap on the main DefoldSharp repo in the coming days to better reflect where we're at, and what's likely to change between now and beta (and eventually full release)
